In Chicago, Mary Beth Saylor manages catering at two Chick-fil-A restaurants and often makes deliveries herself.   She looked for ways to improve the operations and make her job easier, by improving the "ease of operation" and longevity of their TMS bag delivery carts.   

So she studied all the available folding carts, luggage carts, and utility carts until finally, she enlisted a couple Engineers to fail proof the cart design.  They made it lighter   (plastic instead of metal), more robust (pedal operation instead of spring loaded pins) all while keeping the familar folding style.

Catering Carts was specifically designed to safely, securely, and durably transport the TMS food bags.
